Product Return and Exchange Policy
Dear customers,
We at Риф Сълюшънс value your trust and want to guarantee that you have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from us within 14 days of the date of receipt. If this period expires on a non-working day, the period is extended to the next working day.
Exchange
If the goods you purchased from us have a manufacturing defect, we will replace them with the same item, but without defects, or when this is impossible, we will refund the full amount you paid.
If you find a defect in the goods purchased from us, please contact us at sales@rif-bg.com and we will send you a return form.
After we receive the returned goods, we will check them and replace them or refund the amount paid for the goods.
Return
If the goods you purchased from us do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided that the goods meet the return and exchange conditions. To do this, please contact us at sales@rif-bg.com and we will send you a return form.

In order to be able to exchange or return the goods purchased from us, they must meet the following conditions:
Be in their original packaging; Not to be used; Not to be damaged; Have retained their commercial appearance; Have all the accessories included. Shipping costs The shipping costs for returning goods, without defects, are at the expense of the customer. The shipping costs for exchanging or returning defective goods are at the expense of the seller. Exceptions
